TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • All tenders must be at least 18 years of age.
  • All tenders must be made using BIBD At-Tamwil Berhad’s tender form which can be purchased from our transit shed at the price of $2 per piece.
  • All tenderers are encourage to inspect the conditions of the vehicle before submitting their tender.
  • A winning tenderer is required to settle his/her payment within three (3) working days after notification; failure of which, his/her tender will be deemed as withdrawn and an offer will be made to the next highest tenderer.
  • Only successful tenderers will be notified.
  • Successful tenders shall be selected from the highest tender received.
  • Tender fees of $100 is charged to all successful tenderer.
  • BIBD At-Tamwil Berhad reserves the right to withdraw any vehicle from its tender list. Where the highest tender price received is below the reserved/recommended price, BIBD At-Tamwil Berhad reserves the right not to sell the vehicle to the highest tenderer
